Our Product Approval Programme ensures that all approved products meet our rigorous performance, testing, and certification standards. Suppliers who achieve Build Warranty® Approval demonstrate excellence and reliability in the building industry.

Approval & Listing
Product granted Build Warranty Approved status
Testing & Accreditation Requirements
To qualify for Build Warranty Approval, suppliers must provide the following (as applicable):
- Third-party certification (e.g., BBA, CE, UKCA, or equivalent)
- Independent laboratory testing reports
- Product data sheets and technical performance specifications
- Material safety data and fire performance documentation
All submitted documents must be current and verifiable.
Scope & Limitations
This approval is for use on our sites under our warranty and does not extend outside the scope of use. Build Warranty holds no liability for failings of the product; this is still under the manufacturers' guarantees. Non-acceptance by other providers is beyond the scope of the approval process.
Installation & Technical Guidance
Approved suppliers must provide clear and comprehensive installation guidance for their products. Installers must adhere strictly to these instructions to maintain the validity of the Build Warranty approval.
Installation manuals should include:
- Step-by-step installation procedure
- Approved contractors where required by the manufacturer must be appointed for all installations
- Maintenance and aftercare advice
- Limitations or incompatibilities with other systems
Marketing & Logo Usage Guidelines
Upon approval, suppliers may display the Build Warranty 'Approved' logo in accordance with the following guidelines:
- The logo must appear in full colour or monochrome as supplied by Build Warranty
- It must not be distorted, recoloured or cropped
- The logo should be clearly visible on approved product packaging, brochures, websites, and digital marketing material
- Use of the logo must always reference the approved product only
⚠️ Misuse of the Build Warranty logo may result in withdrawal of approval.

Ongoing Compliance & Renewals
Manufacturers are responsible for updating Build Warranty of any changes, expirations of certification or alterations.
Build Warranty reserves the right to conduct audits, request updated information, or withdraw approval in cases of non-compliance.
